1976年滋賀県生まれ。自然保護に注力する地域で育ち、ハワイ州立カウアイ高校留学後、同志社大学法学部に進学、その後米国Doane大学ビジネススクールでサステイナブルアグリビジネスを学びました。PMP/CAPM、PRINCE2の資格を持ち、行政書士や旅行業、狩猟の資格も有しています。持続可能な農業分野への貢献を目指し、環境に優しく健康的な食品生産に取り組んでいます。
Hello, I'm a 1976-born Shiga Prefecture native, where I was inspired by our pioneering work in environmental conservation. I graduated from Doshisha University's Faculty of Law and completed a Sustainable Agribusiness MicroMaster's at Doane University Business School in the USA. I hold PMP/CAPM and PRINCE2 certifications, along with administrative scrivener and various hunting licenses. My aim is to contribute to sustainable agribusiness, combining my diverse skills to support environmentally friendly and healthy food production.
未来への責任を担う/Shaping a Sustainable Future
私の農業の旅は、1993年、米ハワイに留学中に始まりました。ホストファミリーの友人が営むさとうきび農場で働くという、一見地味ながらも心に深く刻まれた第一歩となりました。
My journey into agriculture began in 1993, during my study abroad in the United States. My first step was to work on a sugarcane farm owned by a friend of my host family. This seemingly mundane experience was etched deeply in my heart.
大学卒業後、私は約15年間行政書士として様々な法律関係業務に従事しました。その期間中、クライアントの新規事業のプロジェクトにたびたび同乗することとなり、プロジェクトマネジメントの専門知識を身に付けることができました。2023年、私は技術パートナー、樹木医、GAP指導員、食品加工パートナー、料理人・シェフらと協力して、農業チームを立ち上げました。これらの経験と獲得した知識を活かし、我々のチームは持続可能な農業の実現に向けて、旅を続けていきます。
After graduating from university, I worked as a paralegl for 15 years, handling a variety of legal matters. During that time, I gained expertise in project management by participating in many of my clients' new business projects. In 2023, I co-founded an agriculture team with technical partners, arborists, GAP instructors, food processing partners, and chefs. Using these experiences and knowledge, our team will continue our journey towards the realization of sustainable agriculture.
趣味で始めたサイクリングがスポーツと食に対する興味を深め、イタリアのサイクリング大会参加ツアーの企画を通じて、アグリツーリズモやアルベルゴディッフューゾといった地域振興に直接関わる機会を得たことで、これらへの関心が一層強まりました。
My interest in sports and food, which began as a hobby in cycling, deepened further as I organized a tour to participate in an Italian cycling competition. This experience directly exposed me to comprehensive regional promotion activities like agritourism and albergo diffuso, enhancing my engagement and fascination with these concepts.
